This has got to be one of my all-time favorite engagement sessions I've photographed. Gina and Kevan are sweethearts, okay, OBVIOUSLY they are since they are engaged but what I mean is they have a certain energy and joy that makes me want to hang with them all day! They met 6 years ago in a CrossFit Box where they were both coaching fitness and somewhere in all that sweat and heavy lifting, they fell in love. When I found out that Kevan races mini stock Mustangs on dirt tracks in Charlotte,my mind practically exploded with a unique idea.

Originally from Mooresville, NC home of many NASCAR teams, car racing is in his blood so off to the Carteret County Race Track we went for some un. There was a lot going on out there as they prepared for opening season but the staff and owners were so welcoming and it was easy to see that Gina and Kevan have definitely found their way to the winners' circle!
